Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in via Google, your name and profile picture. This data is stored securely via Supabase.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller. PropClawd does not store or have access to your credit card details. Paddle collects and processes billing information in accordance with Paddle's Privacy Policy.

License and Usage Data

We store license keys, subscription status, and machine activation identifiers to deliver and manage your software license. Machine IDs are hashed and used solely for single-machine license enforcement.

Communications

If you contact us via the support form, we store your message to respond to your inquiry.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and licenses
• To process payments and issue refunds via Paddle
• To send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, trial start, expiry reminders)
• To respond to support requests
• To prevent fraud and enforce license terms

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate PropClawd:

• Supabase — Database and authentication. Data stored in the US (AWS us-east-1).
• Paddle — Payment processing and subscription management. Acts as merchant of record.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — Website hosting and serverless functions.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we only use strictly necessary cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and license data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance reasons.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent for email communications by unsubscribing
