Download
Go to your Dashboard after purchase and download the .zip file for your product.
Import
Open NinjaTrader 8 → Tools → Import → NinjaScript Add-On. Select the downloaded .zip.
Restart
Restart NinjaTrader when prompted. The import completes automatically.
Launch
The tool appears in your NT8 panels and indicators list. Drag it onto your chart to use.

Which NinjaTrader version is required?
NinjaTrader 8 (NT8). Both add-ons are NT8-only and have been tested on NT8.1 and later.
How do I install the add-ons after purchase?
After completing your purchase, go to your Dashboard, download the .zip file for your product, and follow the installation guide below. Installation takes about 2 minutes.
Do the tools work with any prop firm?
Yes. Chart Trader and Trade Copier work with any NT8-compatible prop firm — Topstep, Apex, MyFundedFutures, and others. The daily loss guard adapts to your firm's rules.
Can I run Trade Copier across different brokers?
Trade Copier works across any accounts open in the same NT8 installation. Cross-broker copying (different NT8 instances) is not currently supported.
What happens when my subscription renews?
Paddle (our payment processor) auto-renews your subscription. Your license stays active continuously — no action needed from you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Email us at support@propclaud.com with your order details and we'll cancel immediately. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Does a Lifetime license cover future updates?
Yes. A Lifetime license gives you all future updates to the product you purchased at no additional cost.
I have a bug or the add-on won't load. What do I do?
First, try restarting NinjaTrader. If the issue persists, send us a message via the form below with your NT8 log file attached and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
