1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PropClawd ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and purchasers of our software licenses.
2. Description of Service
PropClawd provides software add-ons and tools for trading platforms including NinjaTrader 8. Access to downloadable software is granted through license keys issued after a successful purchase or trial activation.
3. License
Upon purchase, PropClawd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software on a single machine for personal or commercial trading purposes. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
- Share your license key with third parties
- Use the software on more than one machine simultaneously without written approval
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription plans (Monthly, Yearly) are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Billing is managed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — access remains active until then.
Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase and include all future updates to the purchased product version.
5. Free Trial
PropClawd offers a 7-day free trial on all products — no credit card required. The free trial gives you full access to the software so you can evaluate it before committing to a purchase.
At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription or lifetime license. No charge is made during the trial unless you explicitly choose to subscribe or purchase. Each account is entitled to one free trial per product.
6. Refund Policy
Because we provide a free 7-day trial with no credit card required, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to use the free trial to evaluate the software before purchasing.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges or technical billing errors), please contact us at support@propclawd.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PropClawd does not guarantee that the software will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.
Trading involves significant risk of loss. PropClawd tools do not constitute financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropClawd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
